FLAVORFUL CHICKEN

Here is an easy healthy chicken dish. Serves 4.

  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 leeks
  • 200 g. (7 oz.) mushrooms
  • 1 cup of beef bullion
  • Red wine
  • Soya sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Iceberg lettuce

Cut the chicken into strips, add salt and pepper and sauté them in a pan.

Add the sliced mushrooms and the sliced leeks— sauté together.

Add the bouillon, some red wine and soya and taste it— shall be a powerful taste.

Simmer for a few more minutes until chicken is tender and vegetables are cooked.

Just before serving, add lettuce.

Serve with rice.
