Located 40 kilometers north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Mines Golden Valley project will be Annika's first golf course design in SE Asia.  The site is ideal with interesting topography and plenty of existing palm oil and rubber trees.  Phase 1 of this exciting project will include 18 holes of golf  designed by Annika integrated with a high end    residential development and a resort hotel.  The developer, Country Heights, has a well earned reputation for quality given their involvement in The Mines Resort, Malaysia's most exclusive golf club, which has hosted many prestigious events including the World Cup, Women's World Cup and Malaysia Open.  Construction on Annika's golf course at the Mines Golden Valley is expected to begin in late 2008 with completion during 2010.
